SMS Messaging Program

1. Program Description 
   The Baymeadows Vision Center SMS Messaging Program is used to communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders and confirmations, digital intake form notifications, billing messages and invoices, as well as appointment rescheduling assistance. Messages may include links and phone numbers to help patients complete forms, secure payment links to pay, or contact the office.
   
   
2. Cancellation / Opt-Out 
   You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text the keyword STOP to 904-739-2050. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START to the same number, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Support / Help 
   If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can contact us directly at 904-739-2050.
4. Carrier Liability 
   Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message Frequency and Data Rates
   Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your appointments and interactions with the practice. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
